As we specially design the glasses in accordance with your requests and the data you give us, it is usually difficult for one pair of glasses to be used for twice. So we, generally speaking, do not allow any return or exchange request. However, in exceptive cases, we will treat your request particularly:

First, generally, our glasses have one year warranty; during this period, we will be responsible for them. If you find that the product is defective or damaged upon your receipt, please contact us within 7 days and send us photos or images by email or call. After we carefully check and confirm it was true, we will send you a new pair of glasses according to your requirements.

Second, if you discover that the glasses do not match the prescription you have filled on our website, we will renew a pair of glasses for you unconditionally or you can get a full refund if you want.

Third, if you are not pleased with our product quality, you can return your glasses to us and point out the inferior place. If you return in 5-30 days after receipt, you will get the full frame price and 50% of prescription lenses cost.
